Nikki Thian – Associate Mechanical Engineer
Nikki joined our Mechanical team in 2021, as a graduate engineer and since then there’s been no stopping her!
She’s been able to exercise her commercial skills, visiting customers, attending trade shows and running a research segment (Agri-Tech). Nikki has continued her work as a STEM ambassador inspiring education and providing careers support to those interested in science, technology and engineering.
Pictured here is Nikki, supporting the local toad community in Cambridge. This one didn’t seem to be able to fly. While this event took place out of hours, Xylem encourage all staff to take 10hrs during working time to support their local community
