MicroMonitor wins prestigious Shell Springboard Award

Sentec has won the regional final of the Shell Springboard award with MicroMonitor, our innovative appliance monitoring technology that allows homeowners to track and reduce electricity usage on domestic appliances.

MicroMonitor is a low-cost and ultra small power sensing technology that can be incorporated into smart plugs, wall outlets, embedded into a plug or lead, or built directly into an appliance.  It wirelessly senses and transmits the energy consumption of individual appliances in real time, and is the latest in a long line of successful energy monitoring solutions created by Sentec over the last 15 years.
